Baiye Frida is a dedicated and resourceful Humanitarian/Development Specialist with a strong work ethic and excellent breadth of experience in Protection Monitoring, Shelter/NFI, Nutrition and Food Security, GBV and Communications.

She is Skilled in Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Media Strategies for businesses which she impacts through her EmpowerHer with Life Skills Program with vulnerable women and girls. Baiye Frida Ebai is a leading woman and doer. Always going the extra mile in order to impact lives. A visionary thinker who is gifted and also a great motivator who is passionate about her humanitarian/development work. She is a gifted, competent and multi-talented visionary strategic thinker. Proactive Community Development worker who believes in getting projects underway and getting results that makes a Community a better place. Highly conscientious and seasoned Humanitarian. Baiye works alongside a troubled group of persons in communities, inspiring them, supporting them, and offering them guidance and opportunities for initiating social and economic change through her EmpowerHer y Life Skills Project. Committed to promoting the welfare of the vulnerable-the aged, women and children and persons with disability-through social and Economic Entrepreneurship. Baiye Frida Ebai graduated from the University of Buea with a Master’s degree in Business/Corporate Communication and a BSc.Journalism And Mass Communication from the same University.
